Posted December 13, 2018 07:02:31 Nordstrom’s customer service has been the subject of constant criticism from customers since it was acquired by Amazon in August of 2017.
Since then, the company has struggled to maintain a customer support presence, and even when it does, it often seems like they’re trying to do it on the fly.
The company is now announcing that they will be opening up customer support in December and will be moving to a new customer service team.
This is a major step in the right direction, but it does leave a lot of questions.
How many employees will the new Nordstrom team have?
What’s Amazon going to do with the Nordstrom brand?
Is this going to be a full-time employee?
Are there going to more team members or will this be a one-man operation?
We’ll have to wait and see.
