Nordstrom customers have also had to take to social media to voice their frustration.
Nordstrom has also recently introduced a new service called Nordstrom Online, which promises to help customers find answers to their questions, such as shipping, returns, and more.
However, the new service will only be available for a limited time and it is only available in select cities.
