Another customer, Hiba Shukla, said she did not know about the business but had asked about it on social media.

After some more questions, Shukala said that she did want to have a conversation with the customers.

“It’s important to make sure that the customers are understanding,” she said. 

Shukla said that they would be open to anyone with a need to order jewellery or embroiderie. 

And that the products are always made to their specifications.

With the growing demand for jewellery in Jerusalem and around the country, the business, as a whole, is facing increasing competition. 

At a time when many other boutique shops are opening up, it has made it hard for Shuklala to make money. 

Currently, she says that she makes around $2,000 per month. 

Although the business sells a large number of products for the Jewish community, Shuslan has found that it is difficult for customers to accept that the shop is making money from the sale of jewellry.
