A few weeks ago, I wrote about how I used a pillows pillow to keep myself grounded while I was feeling depressed and overwhelmed.
It was a good strategy.
The next day, I went to a therapist for help and she prescribed a couple of different pillows.
She suggested one of them be the one that I already had and that I could make myself.
The pillows pillows were a great compromise.
It’s not that I couldn’t make myself a pillow, it’s just that I didn’t know what to do with it.
My therapist said, “If you don’t want a pillow at home, we can make a pillow for you.”
So, I decided to make myself some pillow covers.
I used the same pillows she recommended to keep my stress levels under control.
The pillow covers were a big hit.
I was thrilled, but not satisfied.
They didn’t do much for me.
They made me feel better but they also made me sad.
I was sad because I was still feeling overwhelmed and depressed.
The best thing I could do was to not make the same mistake again.
Now that I have a couple pillows to keep me busy and from getting caught up in my own emotions, I can use them as a pillow for my boyfriend and his family.
It was a nice way to start the weekend.
I also have a few more to get me out of the house.
