Expedia customer support finally confirmed that an update was rolling out to its customers, and it’s not a pretty one.
For one, you won’t be able to cancel an Expedia membership in the US.
Instead, you’ll need to call Expedia support to cancel it.
If you’re already on Expedia, that means you’ll still need to contact customer support to get it fixed, though it seems like the company is working on it.
But for people outside the US who have their account frozen, the only way to get their money back is to call up Expedia’s customer service to cancel their account.
You’ll need your Expires card number, expiration date, and expiry date, as well as the expiry time.
And if you need help, you can find a list of supported languages on Expensys.com.
But as Expedia notes, canceling your account isn’t the only inconvenience that the update has brought.
You will need to use an Expires email address to cancel the account.
For some people, this means that they can’t call Expensies customer service or see their expiry information.
That’s fine, though, because you’ll only need to do it once.
As of this writing, Expedia is still working on fixing the issue, though the company says it’ll have it fixed by the end of the week.
You can check out the full list of issues here.
